Our cuisine is the interpretation of an authentic trattoria concept with a twist. The concept, simply put, procuring the best available products: local and regional produce, cheese, meat and seafood, then creating a simple menu with them. The twists are supplementing these ingredients with others from all over the world. We have always supported local sustainable food resources but have been more proactive in recent times. We have also moved in the direction of utilizing sustainable aquaculture from all over the globe. Committing to both of these concepts is not only responsible, but a sign of things to come.
