Below is a three course preset menu proposal from which your guests would order when seated.

If you are planning time for cocktails before dinner, you may elect to start the event with passed hors d'oeuvre


Il Primo:

Caesar Salad - romaine, focaccia croutons, anchovies, romano fricco

Mista Salad - Urban Oaks Farms organic field greens, ricotta salata cheese, grape tomatoes,
diced grilled zucchini, diced cucumbers, red onions, shallot-balsamic vinaigrette

Zuppa Del Giorno - our daily soup

Cena:

Oven Roasted Tilapia - sautéed broccoli rabe, sweet corn, and mushrooms,
roasted fingerling potatoes, ginger-saffron-lime creme fraiche

Ravioli Carciofi - (vegetarian) calamata ravioli stuffed with artichoke puree
with sautéed zucchini, eggplant, grilled red peppers and mushrooms
in an arugula-pepita-goat cheese pesto

Fettuccini Bolognese - ground beef, veal and pork, tomato, cream,
pecorino romano cheese

Funghi E Piave Risotto - mushrooms, shallots, piave cheese, truffle oil

Pollo - grilled chicken with a ragout of organic Tuscan wild red rice, sweet corn,
asparagus, sundried tomatoes and mushrooms blended with Pleasant Sun cheese

Dolce:

Tiramisu         Chocolate Torte          Sorbetto
